Although Arc will accept .tif, .jpg, .eps, or .gif files, we
do prefer that you create and send us a pdf file. A pdf, or
portable document file, is the easiest and most accurate way
to submit a file to any printer. It has become the new standard
for major manufacturers of both toner-based output devices and
imagesetters for dealing with customer-created files. PDF files....
- Can
work seamlessly from Mac to PC or vice-versa because they
are
not platform dependent.
- Eliminate
common errors (i.e. missing font and graphic issues) because
everything becomes embedded.

When creating and then sending us your artwork, please be
aware of the resolution of your items. If you create your
job with low (72 dpi) resolution graphics, we will not be
able to output a higher quality piece. If you start with crisp,
high resolution items (200 dpi minimum) your finished project
will reflect that quality. Be aware,
even though the art looks good on your screen, this does not
necessarily mean it will print well! Contact
Arc with any questions about resolution or concerns about
your project.
**Graphic above is for example only - not true
resolution.
